I recently leased an XC90 T8 from this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They offered a competitive price and, most importantly, outstanding customer service. This is my fourth Volvo, but my first time working with this dealership—and I must say, it was by far the best leasing experience I’ve ever had.

My husband and I bought a 2025 S60 Plug-In Hybrid from Metro-West Volvo last December. Highly recommend this beautiful and modern Volvo Dealership. Very impressed with their new spacious and bright showroom.
Their sales team was amazing, impeccable and very professional, in particular Hailey Renard-Soliman. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient in answering all my questions/concerns in selecting the appropriate options for my car. I felt very at ease and confident in her abilities to navigate in making the right decision in choosing my car, from walking into the dealership, to test driving a few times, and then to finally purchasing it.
Overall, I am thrilled with my new S60 Plug-In Hybrid!! It’s a very safe, comfortable and a beautiful car! Again, a “big thank you” to Metro-West for providing a smooth transition through buying my car!

Couldn’t be happier! I went in while visiting some family in Toronto to look at a used V60, and spoke with Jorge Stathos. To my dismay, he told me the car had sold, but he had a lead on a V60XC coming in and told me I would like it. He asked me to trust him, and I’m glad I did! (It was my first time buying a car remotely from another city.)
This car was the very nearly the exact specification I was after, and it was and is just as perfect as Jorge promised! I’m very happy with my third Volvo, and very proud to recommend Jorge. As well, Apurva from finance was great to deal with, and answered all my (many) questions promptly. I have no qualms in recommending Metro West as a dealer, and I will definitely be back for my next Volvo in a few years!

After having a history of 11 Volvo's in my driving life, currently have 4, you quickly learn who will take care of you and who will not.
Volvo metro west helped me out yet again today with the accessory purchase and install of a new Volvo 430 cargo rooftop carrier.
Although there was an option to have it painted, I’m thinking of using it between two vehicles so the black works best.
Parts team helped me install the unit and I am very happy with the purchase.
